Nuco is currently working with a trusted provider of gas servicing, maintenance, and repair for private residential customers. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Gas Service and Repair Engineer to join our team.

Role Overview:

As a Gas Service and Repair Engineer, you will be responsible for the safe servicing, maintenance, and repair of domestic gas appliances in private homes. You will be visiting customers directly, providing high levels of customer care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

* Service, repair, and maintain domestic gas appliances such as boilers, central heating systems, and hot water systems.

* Diagnose faults and propose effective solutions.

* Ensure all work complies with gas safety regulations and best practices.

* Complete safety checks and provide customers with advice on appliance use and safety.

* Maintain clear and accurate records of all work carried out.

* Build strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:

* Gas Safe registered with valid certifications.

* Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience

* Proven experience in servicing and repairing domestic gas appliances.

* Strong knowledge of gas safety regulations and standards.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

* Valid UK driving licence.
