Position: Warehouse Operative

Job Responsibilities:

* Picking and Packing: Efficiently pick and pack car brakes and car parts.

* Weight Handling: Handle items that weigh around 10-12kg with care and precision.

* Productivity: Maintain a picking rate of approximately (Apply online only) products per hour to meet our operational targets.

* Quality Control: Ensure all items are picked and packed accurately and securely.

* Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals.

Requirements:

* Hardworking: A strong work ethic and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

* Reliability: Punctuality and consistency in attendance and performance.

* Physical Stamina: Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting and moving heavy items.

Working Hours:

* Schedule: Monday to Friday

* Shift Timing: 06:00am-15:00pm or 11:45am-20:45pm

Compensation:

* Hourly Rate: £11.44 per hour - goes up to £11.85 when taken on perm after 13 weeks
