The Role

As Retail Sales Assistant you will provide excellent service to customers, handling any returns and refunds with professionalism, your key responsibilities will include:

Assisting customers in finding the perfect fit for our products, ensuring a great shopping experience
Introducing customers to the brand, sharing our story, and highlighting the quality of our products
Stock Management, unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves, and arranging displays to ensure the store is well-presented
Store Maintenance, keeping the store clean and tidy, ensuring a welcoming environment for customersThe Company

The Person

As Retail Sales Assistant you will have some experience in a similar role. You will also have:

Great customer service skills
Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
Great organisational skills
Excellent communication skillsThis role is part-time, 20 hours per week, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
