The client, an innovative Town planning Consultancy based in the heart of London, is looking or a dynamic Town Planner to join the friendly team! They offer expert consultancy services across a diverse range of projects from residential and commercial developments to complex infrastructure and regeneration schemes.

The Position of a Town Planner

Develop and implement land use plans and zoning regulations.
Conduct site assessments and environmental impact evaluations.
Engage with community members and stakeholders to gather input and address concerns.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals.

Essential Criteria for the Candidate as a Town Planner

RTPI-accredited town planning degree or relevant
Working towards MRTPI or Chartered
Previous relevant experience.
A proven track record managing caseloads for different planning applications - residential / renewables ideally.
Have good communication and an enthusiastic mentality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
