Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Level UI/UX Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for marketing websites and dashboards. You will be directly reporting to our Senior Designer alongside working closely with our React.js web developers to translate complex ideas into intuitive and responsive designs that enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and prototype responsive UI for websites and dashboards using Figma.

*

Collaborate with React.js developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency across platforms.

*

Create user-centred designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and usability metrics.

*

Maintain and enhance our design systems to ensure consistency across all projects.

*

Work with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and present design solutions.

*

Ensure designs are optimised for a variety of devices and screen sizes, maintaining responsiveness and usability.

*

Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations.

*

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements:

*

3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in Figma.

*

Proficiency in creating responsive designs for websites and web applications.

*

Solid understanding of UX principles and best practices.

*

Experience working with React.js developers and understanding of front-end technologies.

*

Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

*

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

*

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
