Are you an experienced Town Planner looking for the next step in your career? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Town Planner to join a leading consultancy based in Manchester. This role offers a dynamic and rewarding environment where you can work on a wide range of exciting projects and make a real impact within the planning sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert planning advice and guidance on a variety of development projects, from strategic planning to detailed development management.
Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery of planning applications and planning appeals.
Undertake research and analysis to inform planning strategies and reports.
Liaise with local authorities, stakeholders, and clients, fostering strong relationships and securing approvals.
Mentor and develop junior staff members, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
Contribute to business development and identifying opportunities for growth within the team.Key Requirements:

A degree in Town Planning (or related field) and membership of the RTPI (or equivalent).
Significant experience in town planning, including expertise in development management and strategic planning.
Strong project management skills and a proven track record of leading projects to successful completion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a passion for delivering high-quality planning solutions.
