Therefore, we are looking for a friendly, focused, motivated, and adaptable Traffic Marshal to join the project.

Main purpose of the role/Key objectives

To produce component parts to the required standards and specification in line with the S.O.P and drawings.

Accountabilities

* Production of high-quality components to the required specification and standards, in line with the S.O.P

* Adherence to all safety protocols and procedures

* Successful collaboration with team members to ensure an efficient and effective production process

* Ensure any quality or safety issue is reported appropriately

* Comply with all Reds10 ISO requirements such as following company policies and procedures, attending compulsory training sessions and actively working towards objectives.

Roles and responsibilities

* Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production

* Assist in the production of high-quality components

* Use hand and power tools to shape, cut and assemble wood components

* Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including cleaning tools and work areas

* Adhere to safety protocols and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment

* Report any safety concerns to the Supervisor/Factory Manager

Key skills

* Ability to follow drawings, specifications and instructions with accuracy, and in line with the S.O.P

* Proficient in the use of hand and power tools for carpentry

* Strong attention to detail

* Good physical fitness and manual dexterity

* Ability to work collaboratively within a team

* Good communication and interpersonal skills
