We are seeking a motivated Air Freight Coordinator to join our Operations team. This role focuses on managing import shipments from start to finish, ensuring smooth logistics and top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage import/export shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.

Handle documentation, customs entries, and delivery instructions.

Provide excellent customer service, tracking shipments and addressing inquiries.

Ensure compliance with customs regulations and aviation safety policies.

Prepare accurate quotes, convert them into jobs, and follow up to secure business.

Your Experience:

Strong organisational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Solid knowledge of UK customs law and procedures.

Experience with Customs Declaration Service and Cargowise (preferred).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Dangerous Goods certification is a plus.

Independent problem-solving and initiative-driven mindset.
