* This position is mobile joining the repairs team, you will be covering social housing domestic properties in Birmingham

Your new role

* Ability to pass a DBS

* All electrical bias maintenance and repairs in social housing properties (PAT Testing, wiring, socket repairs and more)

* Multi-skilled housing repairs

* Working Mon- Fri - Mobile on a full-time, permanent basis

* Overtime available

What you'll need to succeed

* Experience in a similar role on social housing / domestic housing properties

* Electrical Qualified (Level 3 & 18th Edition) - Gold Card is essential

* Full UK Driving License

* Commutable distance of Birmingham
