Fleet Compliance Administrator
Location: Doncaster
Salary: £26,080
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (30-minute lunch break)
About the Role:
Are you an experienced Fleet Administrator looking for your next challenge? Multitask Personnel is working with a leading utilities provider specializing in the supply, installation, and maintenance of gas, electric, and SMART meters. We are looking for a Fleet Compliance Administrator to join their dynamic team in Doncaster.
In this fast-paced role, you'll ensure the company maintains a fully compliant fleet and supports drivers in staying safe on the road. Attention to detail and a can-do attitude are essential, and there are opportunities to further develop your skills in Fleet Management through ongoing training and education.
Key Responsibilities of the Fleet Compliance Administrator include but not limited to:
• Driving licence checks for new and current drivers.
• Monitoring credit levels on Licence check bureau account
• Liaising with insurance companies in relation to any licence status changes and noting any conditions applied on fleet management system
• Advising HR on any conditions applied to a driver on fleet motor insurance policy.
• Liaising with insurance companies to drivers under 25 and updating fleet management system noting any conditions applied.
Motor Insurance Database
• To reconcile on a weekly basis the Motor Insurance Database with vehicle report downloaded from the vehicle management system
Inductions
• Preparing new driver check list for fleet
• Preparing induction packs for new drivers
Traffic Offences/Fines
• Processing PCNs for payment, verifying and issuing recovery forms accordingly.
Tolls/Transport of London
• Monitoring Toll/Congestion zone accounts and usage by engineers
• Assisting engineers to park vehicles via Ring Go / Pay for Parking.
• Adding vehicles when requested on the London Congestion Zone
• Ensure any replacement vehicles/off hires are added/removed from the MID
• To approach the business with an attitude of continuous improvement, in both self and company performance, taking initiatives and researching opportunities for improvement, without the need for prompting.
• To actively participate in weekly meetings to look at ways of developing the Fleet department, improving processes and addressing any issues which arise in the course of the working week.
Qualifications Required:
• GCSE equivalent to A – C
• NVQ in Business and Administration desirable
• Administration experience essential
• ICFM (Institute of Car/Van Fleet Management introductory course) desirable
• IT skills to include Microsoft and Outlook
• Competent excel skills to include vLook ups, conditional formatting
Skills and Experience:
• Experience in an administrative role

• Time management skills essential
• Experience of Logistics Van excellence or FORS accreditation desirable
