We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Legal Assistant / Paralegal to support a fee earner in our client’s New Malden office. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a friendly and collaborative environment while contributing to a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and leasehold matters.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in residential conveyancing, strong knowledge of the process, and excellent communication and organisational skills. Familiarity with compliance regulations and legal systems is an advantage.

In return, they offer a competitive salary of £34,500. Free parking and excellent transport links are also available.
