**The Role**
As the **SENDCO**, you will:
? Lead the SEND provision, ensuring every child receives the support they need to thrive.
? Work closely with teachers, support staff, parents, and external agencies to develop tailored support plans.
? Ensure the effective implementation of EHCPs and oversee interventions to drive progress.
? Provide guidance and CPD for staff to enhance inclusive teaching practices.
? Monitor and assess the impact of SEND strategies to ensure the best possible outcomes for pupils.

**Who We’re Looking For**
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience working in a primary setting.
✅ National Award for SEN Coordination (or willingness to complete this).
✅ A deep understanding of SEND provision, EHCP processes, and best practices in inclusive education.
✅ Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support colleagues.
✅ A passion for ensuring every child reaches their full potential, regardless of their starting point.
