About the role

Reporting to the Distribution Team Leader, you will help our UK Distribution Function run smoothly on a day-to-day basis. The main focus is managing sales orders set for delivery to our customers, which we arrange through a number of third-party logistics subcontractors. You will be part of a friendly and supportive team that plays a key part in our customer experience.

Duties are varied, and you will:

* Provide a helpful and efficient service to our haulage partners, customers, and internal Wienerberger departments, while dealing with any inquiries or delivery issues.

* Work closely with our production sites and port locations to ensure only loads issued to our hauliers are readily available for loading.

* Maintain quality, ensuring only booked-in deliveries are sent to our haulage partners.

* Spot opportunities for continuous improvement.

About You

You will be an experienced administrator who has worked in a distribution, logistics, or warehousing environment. You will have great attention to detail and confidence using business technology and systems to process orders and deliveries.

You will also have:

* Experience using SAP

* Problem-solving skills

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

* Good general IT skills (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word)

* Customer service-driven skills

Hours of Work: 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday
