Job Title: Water Treatment Administrator
Location: Durham, County Durham
Salary/Benefits: £25k - £31k + Training & Benefits
Our client is a well-established Water Treatment specialist, who are seeking a dynamic and professional Administrator to successfully support the delivery of services to clients. Applicants must have strong communication skills and will need to be able to prioritise their own workload in order to complete tasks efficiently. Experience / Qualifications:
- Must have proven experience working within an Administrative role within a Water Treatment / Water Hygiene / Legionella company
- Organised work method
- Keen eye for detail
- Able to prioritise own workload effectively
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Proficient in using IT software, such as the Microsoft Office suite
- It would be beneficial to have experience with SAGE or other accounting / financial applications
The Role:
- Supporting the daily running and delivery of services within a successful Water Treatment company
- Organising diaries for a team of site staff, arranging PPM and reactive works
- Inputting financial data into company databases and processing invoices
- Ordering equipment and materials for works
- Arranging travel and accommodation for engineers
- Answering incoming enquiries from clients in a timely and professional manner
- Managing a fleet of vehicles, including the booking of MOTs, repairs and servicing
- Ensuring to work to agreed KPIs
- Monitoring the adherence to industry guidelines and ISO standards
- Updating company records
- Providing general administrative support to senior members of staff, including Account Managers
- Maintaining strong working relationships with clients and internal staff
