Job Description:

* Developing and implementing a supplier quality management system

* Conducting detailed supplier audits and maintaining comprehensive reports

* Benchmarking suppliers and incorporating findings into development plans

* Managing the SNCR process and enforcing adherence by all stakeholders

* Ensuring tooling and sample approvals meet quality standards

* Maintaining up-to-date records of supplier accreditations and tooling logs

* Building strong, honest relationships with suppliers

* Presenting and promoting quality standards to both internal and external stakeholders

Skills & Experience:

* Minimum 5 years’ experience in an industrial manufacturing role

* Familiarity quality standards

* Proven project management skills and the ability to resolve conflicts professionally

* Technical understanding of manufacturing processes such as casting, injection moulding, and machining
