Role & Responsibilities:

* Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of SAP integration projects, ensuring they meet the business goals and stakeholder expectations.

* Collaborate with business leaders and IT teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

* Create detailed project plans, set timelines, and manage budgets while monitoring progress toward key milestones.

* Act as the main contact for SAP integration efforts, coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, and SAP consultants.

* Guide cross-functional teams by assigning tasks and providing direction and support where necessary.

* Proactively identify risks and challenges, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure timely project delivery.

* Supervise testing phases to ensure integrated SAP solutions meet functionality and performance requirements, gathering feedback from end-users.

* Facilitate user training and support to help employees transition to new SAP systems and workflows.

* Ensure that all project activities align with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

* Champion ongoing improvement efforts to enhance the efficiency, scalability, and reliability of SAP integration processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

* A minimum of 12 years’ experience in SAP integration with a successful track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.

* Significant experience in industries such as food and beverage, bottling, or warehouse management is highly preferred.

* In-depth knowledge of SAP modules including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), SAP Data Services, etc.

* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

* Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

* Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

* SAP certifications are an added advantage
