Actively seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager who specialises in the Residential sector. A leading main contractor with over 65 years experience in the industry are actively seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team for a large, RC Frame residential new build project in South West London.

Responsibilities for the Senior Project Manager

Number one on site for a large RC Frame residential scheme circa £80million.
Managing Health & Safety and ensure the project is running to programme.
Quality Assurance
Managing a team of site staff and subcontractors
Procuring and instructing subcontractors.
Chair weekly QA Meetings
Assist and manage the Design team to resolve any design issues in line with the program Requirements for the Senior Project Manager

Proven track record of a managing construction projects of a similar value in the Residential sector from start to finish.
Ideally from a Degree Educated background
Strong on project programming and delivery
SMSTS
