Location: Basecamp, Kemble

Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 per annum

Hours: Full Time, 40 hours/week

Are you ready to lead a motivated team and make a real impact? Join Outdoor & Cycle Concepts, the parent company of Cotswold Outdoor, Runners Need, and Snow + Rock, as a Warehouse Section Leader. You'll manage up to 15 operatives, drive operational excellence, and ensure high standards of health and safety while playing a key role in our growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and develop a warehouse team, ensuring daily targets are met.

* Implement health and safety protocols and drive a culture of safety.

* Use lean methodologies like 5S to improve operational efficiency.

* Oversee attendance and performance management, providing ongoing coaching.

What We’re Looking For:

* Leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.

* Strong people management and communication skills.

* Knowledge of health and safety standards (IOSH) and 5S methodology.
