At Excell Supply, we are looking for a Candidate Resourcer to join our busy team in Pulford, Chester.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and telephone experience to join a market leader. This role may also suit someone who is looking to begin a career in recruitment, who wants to learn from some of the best recruiters in the local Education market.

Job purpose:

* Identify, attract and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process to fulfil the requirements of the business brief

* Identify new business opportunities

* Provide general administrative support to the recruitment consultants and Branch Manager

Responsibilities:

* Write, place and update adverts using job boards and social media

* Attending job and university fairs

* Monitor responses/applications received and make sure that candidate’s applications are processed efficiently

* Qualify, shortlist and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies

* Assist in the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the candidates and internal teams

* Build relationships with perspective candidates

* Work towards agreed KPIs and targets

* Support the compliance team with pre- employment checks

* Ability to build excellent relationships with candidates, clients and the wider team

* Driven and determined to achieve targets and objectives

* Attention to detail and accuracy

* Confident and persuasive communicator
