As a Senior Structural Engineer, you’ll play a central role in delivering diverse and challenging projects ranging from residential and commercial developments to cultural and heritage buildings. You’ll lead a dynamic team of designers and engineers, engaging with clients and stakeholders while tackling complex engineering challenges. Offering a collaborative and inclusive environment, your input will shape landmark projects in London and beyond. The successful candidate will be a skilled structural engineer with at least six years of experience, proven expertise in running projects, and a track record of managing design teams. What You Need To Succeed
* A minimum of six years structural engineering design experience with a UK consultancy.
* Strong project management skills and experience leading design teams.
* Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g. Tekla Structural Designer, Robot, or ETABS).
* A deep understanding of British Standards and Eurocodes.
* Exceptional communication skills and the ability to liaise confidently with clients and stakeholders.
* An eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
* Chartered with IStructE or ICE (preferred but not essential).
* MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
