Job Title: Electrical Engineer (RAID)

Location: Telford

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: £17.44

Working Pattern: Full Time

Our client, a leading organisation in the technology industry, is seeking a talented RAID Engineer to join their team in Telford. As part of the Customer Satisfaction & Quality team, the RAID Engineer will play a vital role in analysing, reworking, and diagnosing the issues of printed circuit boards (PCBs).

Responsibilities:

Check and rework the boards
Perform component analysis, including understanding the specifications, tolerances, and potential alternatives
Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to PCBAs, resolving defects, malfunctions, or performance problems
Ensure quality control by conducting thorough testing, inspection, and failure analysis
Continuously optimise assembly processes to enhance efficiency and maintain high quality
Maintain detailed documentation of processes, analyses, and findings for future reference and improvementRequirements:

Basic knowledge of electronics
Desirable knowledge of PCB design, manufacture, and testing
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
