My client, a leading Halifax firm, has a new opportunity for a positive, forward-thinking individual to join their team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

* Processing customer orders via email, CRM and phone

* Dealing with customers queries over the telephone, email and CRM

* Ensuring all orders are processed within the day and enquiries are completed and responded to in a timely manner

* Being on hand to help and support customers with any queries or problems they may have relating to their orders and our products

Skills:

* Confident and assertive, some knowledge of the construction industry, or experience in an inbound sales/customer service environment, SAP experience would be a distinct advantage.

* Must have excellent telephone manner and the ability to deal under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

* Attention to detail essential and an ability to react quickly to a variety of customer enquiries, whilst understanding and communicating the company’s warranty and replacement procedures.

* Outgoing personality with good communication skills, common sense and initiative. You will need to be self-motivated with a focus in customer service and the ability to work under pressure.

The role is full time, working (Apply online only) Monday to Friday
