Contracts Manager – Super Prime Residential

My client are a long established, financially secure main contractor who have forged an excellent reputation for delivering projects of the highest specification within the Prime Residential marketplace.

They are one of the largest privately owned contractors in this prestigious sector, and have a very good working environment, which is personified by their very low staff turnover.

Their projects include both new build and refurbishments of large country houses, rectories and manors in the Home Counties and South East, as well as grand residences in London.

My client is currently seeking a Contracts Manager for one of their prestigious flagship projects, due to a period of expansion and a number of recent project wins.

The successful candidate will have a stable career and a proven track record managing large and complex prime residential projects (£10m+ in contract value), as well as commercial awareness, programming skills and competency in the use of IT software packages.

You will be joining a highly experienced and well-established team, working on prestigious projects of high value and complexity.

This is a permanent position, and my client are looking for a Contracts Manager who want a long-term career with them, who are ambitious for career progression and would help develop the team.
