Salary and Benefits:

£26k plus additional benefits.
Opportunities for progression and yearly salary reviews.
Initial probation period of three months.
Full-time position, 8.45am to 5pm, working from home.
Must be happy to commute to Staines, as you will be required to travel there twice a month for team face-to-face meetings.Training:

Comprehensive training on the role and the systems we use will be provided.Role Focus:

Client Management: Manage our growing client base by handling service requests, order management, appointments, and more.
CRM System: Learn and integrate your daily interactions with our clients into our new CRM system.
Cross-over Sales: Promote and sell a wide range of products, including bean-to-cup coffee machines. Earn commission on any leads you pass to the sales team that result in a sale.
Answering phone calls to the company mobile and landline.
Responding to web chat enquiries.
Answering emails.
General day-to-day office administration.Daily Tools:

Xero: For accounting.
EngageBay: CRM.
