This role would be covering the East Midlands area, with visits to the Liverpool head office only as and when required. You would use your company device to electronically report your work back to head office daily.

What You'll Do:

* Corrective and preventative maintenance to a wide range of fire alarm, fire extinguisher, emergency lighting and FFE systems across social housing buildings in the East Midlands.

* Providing certification for serviced systems to comply with relevant British Standards.

* Participating in the emergency call out rota in the East Midlands region.

* Ensure all reporting requirements are fulfilled and maintained accurately via your company issued device.

* Ensuring yourself and colleagues comply with all health and safety procedures.

* Maintaining your vehicle and stock levels to ensure client demands are met.

* Attending site meeting when required.

* Repair and installation or replacement of fire alarm, emergency lighting and FFE systems

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience in servicing and maintenance of Fire Alarms, Emergency Lighting and FFE

* City & Guilds 1 & 2 Electrical Installation Qualification as a minimum or equal to.

* BS 5839-1 Fundamentals in FD&A Unit 1 &2

* 18th Edition Training

* ECS / CSCS Card

* Comfortable with a field-based role across the East Midlands

* AOV Servicing experience and/or training

Experience in the below is preferable, but mandatory training will be provided if not:

* Servicing & maintenance of portable fire extinguishers

* Emergency Lighting Part 1: Design

* Emergency Lighting Part 2: Advanced Maintenance & Operation

* Experience working with Door Access Systems, Intruder Alarms and Telecare Systems

* Any relevant Health & Safety training including working at heights or asbestos awareness
