Current working hours are 9am - 5pm.

Must be flexible to complete 8-hour shifts between 7am - 7pm during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Reach out to individuals about outstanding fees, subscriptions, declarations, and applications.
- Target-Driven Performance: Work towards challenging targets and manage enquiries to completion, aiming for 5-star satisfaction scores.
- Fee Collection: Identify and contact individuals who have unpaid fees or subscriptions, update contact information, and help drive organisational growth.
- Support & Guidance: Assist customers by understanding their journey and highlighting the value of available products and services.
