Sue Ross Legal are working with a traditional High Street practice, who offer a full, efficient, and experienced legal service to local and sub regional clients, both private clients and small to medium-sized businesses. We are working together in the recruitment of an Experienced Civil Litigation Manager - someone who is looking for progression into a manager role. You will take charge of and expand an existing and varied caseload that includes both family and general litigation,

The work would involve:

* Conducting Civil Litigation work and supporting our Civil Litigation Partner and Team, whilst taking charge of and developing an existing caseload.

* Speaking with and managing Clients needs professionally.

* The safe progression of a wide variety of civil court claims.

* A willingness to work in collaboration with others will also be important.

The relevant candidates must have:

* Up to date knowledge of legal principles and

* (Must Have) Experience of court processes with a law degree being advantageous.

* To be able to produce work themselves without support/an ability to work independently.

* Excellent organisational planning and communication skills/displayed intelligence.

* An ability to manage and control a wide variety of Civil Litigation related and other administrative tasks at a high level.

* Excellent Telephone and IT Skills
