Sanctuary Personnel is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team, providing excellent care within care homes in Holt. If you have experience as a support worker, HCA, healthcare assistant, carer, or care assistant, we encourage you to apply.

Rates and Shifts:

Monday - Friday (Days): £12.82 per hour
Monday - Friday (Nights): £13.03 per hour
Saturday (Days): £13.53 per hour
Saturday (Nights): £13.71 per hour
Sunday (Days): £13.94 per hour
Sunday (Nights): £14.13 per hour
Bank Holidays (Days & Nights): £15.47 per hour
Responsibilities Include:

Providing attentive and compassionate care to residents, addressing their physical and emotional needs.
Assisting with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and mealtime support.
Promoting residents’ independence and helping to foster a warm, supportive atmosphere.
Adhering to individual care plans and ensuring accurate, up-to-date documentation.
Requirements of the Support Worker:

Previous experience in a similar UK-based role (support worker, HCA, carer, or care assistant).
Eligibility to work in the UK.
A caring, empathetic approach.
Willingness to complete the necessary compliance checks.
