Polypipe Building Products are focused on delivering solutions to the residential sector. Polypipe Building Products works with national and local developers, plumbing and heating engineers, general builders and groundworkers to deliver above and below ground drainage systems, rainwater solutions as well as hot and cold plastic plumbing products.

Role Overview: Act as a first line support and ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel and visitors whilst maintaining an outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilites:

* Protect the company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment.

* Deliver excellent meet and greet customer service to all staff and visitors informing them of our policies and procedures

* Perform routine patrols and complete accompanying reports, emergency response to staff and premises.

* Carryout inspections identifying damage, faults, irregularities, and any potential risk.

* Fire, security and building systems monitoring. Access and egress controls of pedestrian and traffic management.

* Occasional use of weight bridge operations / Dealing with deliveries

* Key holding

* Administrative tasks on Computer

* Taking initiative to problem solve and resolve situations

Skills & Requirements:

* Valid SIA Licence

* Full valid UK Driving Licence

* A professional demeanour with sound judgement and integrity, honest and trustworthy, reliable and methodical

* Courteous helpful manner with a call approach to multiple duties

* Understand confidentiality and discretion

* Work independently and as part of a team

* IT Literate

* Ability to multitask

* Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Working Hours & Benefits:
