Role Overview:

As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of plant machinery, ensuring that the clients' equipment operates at peak performance. This is a mobile role, requiring travel across the Buckinghamshire area to support the customer base. You’ll be working with machinery such as excavators, loaders, and other heavy equipment.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Perform on-site maintenance, repairs, and servicing of plant machinery
Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults and implement effective solutions
Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring client satisfaction
Complete accurate service reports and documentation
Adhere to safety standards and company policies at all times Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar role within the plant machinery or heavy equipment sector
Strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Full UK driving licence (essential)
