We are currently recruiting female Healthcare Assistants/Support Workers for ongoing work across Carlisle (CA2). We are recruiting staff on a temporary to permanent basis where you will be on a probation period for 12 weeks before you move across permanently.

Role :-

We want our service users to lead active and positive lives. To achieve this, we need individuals to help us to deliver personalised extra care services. We need individuals who are passionate about providing dedicated care and support to older people. As a Support Worker you will engage with service users and build trusting therapeutic relationships. Good communication skills are key to this role, as is the ability to provide respectful personal care to meet the service users’ needs.

We require :-

* Minimum 6 months experience in care within UK

* Proof of eligibility to work in the UK (We do not offer sponsorship)

* Ability to provide 2 references covering last 4 years work history (one from current or most recent employer)

* Enhanced DBS that is on the update service (Desirable)

* Full clean UK Driving License with access to a car

Hours :-

37.5 hours per week including nights, sleep-ins, weekends, evenings and public holidays according to the needs of the service (Shift patterns vary between 07:00-22:00)

Salary :-

Weekday: £14.50 per hour

Night/Weekend: £14.75 per hour
