The Role
As a Lift Service & Callout Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:

* Servicing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of lift systems.

* Attending callouts as part of a 1 in 7 rota.

* Ensuring safety and compliance in all aspects of your work.

* Delivering top-notch customer service while solving technical challenges.

What We’re Looking For:

* NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent).

* Proven experience in lift servicing, repair, and maintenance.

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

* A team player with a proactive approach to your work.
