Hannett Hale Recruitment are seeking to appoint a dynamic and inspiring full time Teaching Assistant to work in small, caring school. The role will be to predominantly support a child (within in Key Stage 2 class) but also to work as a general TA in other classes within the school.

This post is initially until the end of the academic year 2025, dependant on funding.

We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who:
• Is highly motivated about working towards ensuring children receive their best education;
• Is proactive and dynamic; opportunistically searching for fun, purposeful and bespoke learning opportunities;
• Values and applies children’s personal motivations and interests to engage in learning;
• Is patient and calm, motivated and enthusiastic;
• Has recent experience working with children;
• Has a relevant qualification (at least an NVQ 2 or equivalent) and good English skills;
• Can be flexible and is able to demonstrate the ability and motivation to work within a dedicated team.
