Multi-Trade Plasterer / Damp & Mould – Based out of Swindon

Full Time – 40 hours per week

Salary: £30,000-£35,000 p/a + company van & fuel card with PPE

Our client is one of the largest maintenance contractors in the UK, providing building maintenance, facilities management, refurbishment, and construction services. They cover all aspects of social housing property repairs, including responsive, planned, void maintenance and dis-repairs contracts.

Your Responsibilities:

* Undertake responsive, routine repairs and void repairs to social housing properties

* A wide variety of plastering, damp proofing and mould-removing repairs in occupied homes, buildings, and vacant properties

* The work will include

* Covering all aspects of wet & dry plastering

* Skimming

* Plastering walls and ceilings

* Patch plastering repairs

* Damp Proofing

* Mould Removal

* Fitting of various types of internal doors (when needed)

* First and second fixing

* Kitchen and bathroom fitting

* Repairing minor leaks

* Replacing sanitary wear

* Tiling

The successful candidate will have:

* A technical background and NVQ Level 2-3 in plastering/bricklaying or equivalent

* A strong background in social housing maintenance contracts (responsive, void, planned)

* Full, UK driving licence
