Sales Valuer – Norwich 

Contract Personnel are looking for an experienced Sales Valuer for a well-established independent Estate Agency join their team in the Norwich area.

Are you a Valuer with a great proven track record looking to earn up to £60,000? If yes, our client is a successful and well-established independent Estate Agent who are currently looking for a hungry, driven Valuer / Lister to join their expanding team to cover the Norwich area.

How does the day-to-day look?

The key objective will be to generate valuation leads
Attend valuations and win new instructions.
This must be achieved whilst maintaining the highest standard of customer service.
You will have:

Minimum of 1-year experience in Residential Property Listing or 2 years as a Senior Negotiator
Expert local knowledge
Highly driven and motivated
Well presented with a confident manner
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
The Full UK driving licence and own vehicle are a must
Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:30am – 18:00pm

Salary: Basic up to £30,000 (depending on experience) – OTE £50,000 - £60,000
