Salary: £35,000 per annum + bonus

In this role, you’ll:

* Plan and manage transport operations to ensure resources are in place

* Organise drivers and vehicles, providing cover as needed

* Lead and develop a dedicated transport team, focusing on communication and training

* Oversee vehicle compliance, safety standards, and maintain fleet records

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

* A CPC card and experience in vehicle auditing and compliance

* A strong background in managing or supervising van fleets in retail

* Excellent organisational and communication skills
