Our well-established signage company in Manchester is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Liaison to join their team. They are looking for someone be the ‘voice’ of their company, taking all incoming calls and to champion the role as their very own Brand Ambassador.
The Role:
Answering incoming phone calls
Attending to queries from new and existing clients
Directing calls as required and taking messages
Assisting with POD’s as and when necessary
Checking on production updates
Administrative duties to support the customer services team.
The Candidate:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office
Customer service
Multitasking and prioritising
Dependable with the ability to work under pressure
Problem-solving and high attention to detail.
