We at the Simpson Judge are working with a leading multi service Warwickshire firm on the lookout for a Clinical Negligence Fee with earner who can service a full claimant caseload from day 1 with minimal to no supervision.

This opportunity would suit someone from NQ up to 5PQE with a negotiable salary which is dependant on experience.

Role:

Working alongside a legal 500 recognised partner, the candidate should be able to quickly acclimate and demonstrate the ability to hit fee-earning targets, in addition to effectively managing their own caseload which will include:

Birth Injuries
Gynaecological Negligence
Brain and Spinal Injury Claims
Cancer Claims
Fatal Cases/Inquests
Eye Injury Claims
Vascular and Cardiac Claims
