Are you a BIM Coordinator looking to advance your career? Belcan Workforce Solutions has a permanent opportunity for a BIM Information Manager which can be based in Manchester or Warwick. This hybrid role requires one day in the office per week.

Role Overview: Join a dedicated team of BIM professionals delivering high-quality project outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

The BIM Information Manager will deliver federated 3D models and linked BIM data, including COBie.
Conduct model validation checks and coordination reviews.
Mentor early career professionals and improve departmental capabilities.
Ensure BIM delivery compliance with industry standards and procedures.
Set up and maintain the Common Data Environment.
Support BIM courses and seminars.
Prepare enquiry plans, tender reviews, and scopes of work.
Validate modelling geometry and data.
Chair BIM Coordination meetings.

Qualifications:

Experience as a BIM Coordinator, Information Manager, or Technician.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Navisworks/Solibri for clash detection and coordination reviews.
Understanding of ISO19650, PAS1192, and COBie data delivery.

Desirable:

Experience in multi-disciplinary projects and commercial aspects.
Ability to manage BIM software environments (3D, 4D, 5D, AR, VR).
