Service Care Solutions has a new and exciting opportunity which has become available working as a Administrator with Bolton Council.

Bolton Council are currently looking for someone who is happy to work 20 hours per week.

About the Role:
We are looking for an Administrator to support the Adult Services team. You will assist the Senior Lead Administrator in ensuring that the department operates effectively and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and have experience in an administrative role.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the Adult Services team, ensuring smooth operations.
Maintain, organise, and retrieve information from various systems and databases.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of documents and mail, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Organise meetings, events, and conferences, including minute-taking as needed.
Manage diaries, business travel, and support the coordination of payments in line with council policies.Essential Requirements:

Proficiency in using a range of software to produce documents.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
