A leading Real Estate company with headquarters in Central London is currently hiring a Financial Accountant to join their finance department.
Your new role
This role will be a varied and challenging position giving a recently qualified Accountant the opportunity to learn and perform in a high-profile role. You will be take ownership of the following areas:
- Financial reporting
- Preparing financial papers for quarterly board packs
- Financial analysis of performance vs budget/forecast
- Preparing quarterly cashflow statements
- Preparing technical accounting memos
- Accounting for funding requirements and quarterly dividends
- Preparing JV management accounts
- Preparing statutory accounts
- Covenant reviews

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an ACA Qualified Accountant with training received at a large firm. You will be a confident and articulate individual, with strong communication skills and the ability to present to senior colleagues both internally and externally. An interest in financial accounting and reporting, including up-to-date knowledge of IFRS reporting standards, is essential.
