* Assisting with running of a large practice ensuring that customer service is at the top of your agenda.

* Manage store opportunities and reporting directly to the Area Manager who has a wealth of experience.

* Helping with target setting, monitoring and driving the business forward.

* Staff training and keeping the team motivated and engaged.

* Administration responsibilities and compliance.

* Optical experience and previous experience in leadership roles.

* Excellent communication skills and self-motivated.
