We are seeking a skilled individual to lead in providing specialist planning advice, managing contractors, and evaluating complex arboricultural assessments. This permanent position offers a competitive salary range of GBP 46,165.00 - GBP 54,312.00, along with the opportunity for hybrid working, including one day in the office.

Manage demanding caseload of specialist planning advice
Evaluate and carry out arboricultural assessments of large-scale complexity
Lead the development and review of complex plans, policies, and guidance Preferred Requirements

Demonstrated experience in effective commercial delivery of arboricultural services
Proven ability to build professional, client-focused culture and high-level client relationships
Strong capability in collecting, analyzing, and presenting complex data and evidence
Experience in leading commercial development and bidding on high-value opportunities
Ability to design and undertake complex arboricultural surveys with new tools and techniques Preferred Qualifications

Degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, or related field
Professional membership with relevant arboricultural bodies
Chartered Arboriculturist status
