I am supporting a great opportunity for a Specialist Leasing / Commercialisation professional to join a leading organisation.
This key role will manage / grow key brand income opportunities across the UK Portfolio, key areas include: -
* Driving additional rental opportunities across shopping centre working to increase dwell time & basket spend
* Management & development of key brand partner relationships
* Working closely with Marketing to drive brand opportunities / offer to the events calender
* Management of brand financial life cycle
* Review performance & success of implemented brands
* Driving opportunity across short term agreements
This is a national role & will require travel to the assets. Working pattern is Monday to Friday on a 3 days in the office (London) and 2 x WFH.
Candidates will hold proven experience with: -
* Business development/sales experience
* Commercial acumen
* Budget setting and management
* Strong negotiation skills
* Excellent networking and interpersonal skills
* Flexibility and willingness to embrace change and new opportunities
* IOSH certified – ‘Managing Safely’ (or willing to undertake qualification if required)
* Competent in Microsoft Office programmes
