Our client based in East Yorkshire is looking for a Desktop Support Technician to join the team. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1st and 2nd line IT support experience.
THE ROLE:
Duties include:
Ensure all IT policy and procedures are maintained
Ensure all records are kept up to date and all issues and their resolutions are noted
Coordinate repairs on equipment
Set up laptops, mobiles and iPad
Prepare hardware for users
Resolve customer issues
Provide solution for client and employee technology
Procure, Install, Configure, Distribute and Maintain customer hardware, operating systems and applications.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate would ideally have 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
Strong communication and problem-solving skills when working with customers
Work well as a team and support the overall success of the company
