What You'll Do
* Perform visual and dimensional inspections on incoming materials, work-in-progress, and finished components to ensure compliance with company and customer specifications
* Conduct precise measurements using manual inspection methods (Vernier, Micrometer, plug gauges, etc.)
* Utilize CMM inspection methods to verify component accuracy, ensuring all equipment meets calibration requirements
* Interpret complex customer specifications and technical drawings with confidence
* Report non-conforming parts through established quality processes
* Help cultivate a quality-conscious culture alongside the management team by leading by example
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience in Quality Inspection, particularly with exotic metals in a precision engineering environment
* At least 2 years of experience operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)
* Proficiency with various inspection methods and tools
* Strong teamwork abilities and communication skills
* Morning and afternoon shift availability
