Quantity Surveyor/Estimator

For Clients ranging from Education, Public and Local Authorities with Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

* Quantity Surveying BSc(Hons), HNC in construction and Diploma in construction

* Producing take-offs and pricing tenders for sub-contractors

* Producing Schedules of Work and Bills of Quantities

* Site surveys and producing site reports.

* Cost advice and budgets for potential new builds or extensions

* Negotiating contracts post tender stage.

* Producing budgets, valuations, procurement strategies for secured projects

* Submitting valuations, variations and settling final accounts

* Procuring materials and placing sub-contract orders

* Monthly CVR presentations

Salary expectations are between 50-70k dependant on experience
