* Providing technical support throughout the product lifecycle – from testing and certification to implementation and after-sales support
* Assisting with the adoption of compressor variable speed drives, natural refrigerants, and advanced connectivity solutions
* Managing technical support operations, troubleshooting issues, and identifying customer-focused solutions
* Acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to drive technical excellence
* Maintaining CRM and ticketing systems to ensure efficient service delivery
The Ideal Candidate
The company is seeking a technically adept and customer-focused individual with:
* A strong background in electronics, electrical systems, or HVAC technology
* Experience or knowledge of thermodynamics or HVAC applications (preferred)
