Are you a Technical Coordinator looking for a new role?

What skills do I need?

The more experience you have in the Technical Coordinator role the better. Someone who has knowledge of the architectural facets and well as the engineering know how would be ideal. You will be someone who is at ease with section agreements, planning applications, stakeholder liaison, design and checking of drawings and all the typical day to day duties a Technical Coordinator is synonymous with.

What we do want is someone who is driven, focused and commercial. You can come from a contractor and residential developer but a demonstratable history is a must.
