We are on the lookout for a passionate Sales Advisor to join a fantastic team in Tamworth. This is a permanent, full-time office-based role, where you'll work Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive order processing and exceptional customer aftercare
Follow up quotations, converting these into sales
Keep accounts informed about active promotions and generate new business through initiatives, social media, and marketing
Resolve customer conflicts promptly and provide effective solutions
Utilise internal tools to maintain and update data for effective day-to-day operations

What You'll Need:

Excellent data entry and administrative skills
Proven experience in a customer sales partnering role with demonstrated results
Ability to deliver outstanding consultative advice to enhance the customer experience
Exceptional interpersonal and rapport-building skills
Skill in translating customer account history into up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
